Behavior Analytics in Threat Intelligence

There were nearly 500 million cyber attacks reported in 2022, so the need for cyber attack prevention is absolutely necessary. Organizations can do this through strengthening their security systems and other threat intelligence measures.

One direction that companies are moving to protect themselves is with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

One way AI can be used in threat detection is user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA). UEBA uses machine learning and AI to highlight irregular behavior within a network to stop potential attacks.

With machine learning, AI can go through large amounts of data to learn and detect potential threats at a much faster rate than traditional approaches.

It ultimately can proactively respond to the threat automatically.
